Mag. Justyna Szczesniak
At the very beginning of my professional career, I realized that classical physiotherapy is often not enough when the focus is placed solely on symptoms. That is why I follow a holistic approach in my work – I see the person as a whole and consider not only the body, but also lifestyle, habits, and individual needs.
Through many years of experience in various specialized fields, as well as continuous professional development, I have developed a deep understanding of the complex connections within the human body. It is truly close to my heart to support my patients on their journey toward greater health, mobility, and well-being.
Movement is not only my profession, but also my passion. In my free time, I enjoy various forms of physical activity – from hiking in the mountains to yoga, Pilates, and fitness, all the way to my greatest hobby: dancing. I am convinced that mindful and regular movement is a key factor in maintaining health and quality of life at any age.
