Do you want to
enjoy your life free
from pain?
If you have problems in the area of the temporomandibular joint (TMJ), suffer from headaches or tinnitus, or have been struggling with teeth grinding for many years, you need a holistic approach and professional guidance in physiotherapeutic and orthodontic treatment. If you experience chronic or acute pain, need support after an accident or surgery, or are looking for training advice – then you are in the right place with me.
You will learn how your body and the biomechanics of movement function, making it easier for you to correct movements and improve the quality of your daily activities. Body and movement awareness lead to a more mobile and functionally stronger body – and as we know, a healthy body is home to a healthy, happy mind. My goal is to remain mobile, healthy, and happy for as long as possible – and I am happy to share this experience with you!
Together, we can achieve long-term success and sustainably improve your health.
Physiotherapy Areas I Work In
CMD Physiotherapy
CMD (Craniomandibular Dysfunction) is a syndrome of disorders affecting the craniomandibular system, including the temporomandibular joint (TMJ), chewing muscles, and structures of the skull and neck.
Symptoms are not limited to jaw pain or clicking sounds when opening the mouth – they may also include headaches, tinnitus, neck and shoulder pain, as well as dizziness.
Manual Therapy
One of the core methods in my practice. Manual therapy is based on hands-on techniques applied to joints, muscles, and fascia to reduce pain, improve joint mobility, and restore musculo-fascial balance.
I use mobilization and manipulation techniques, soft tissue release, as well as individually tailored functional exercises.
Orthopedic Physiotherapy
I support patients after orthopedic surgeries and in the treatment of chronic musculoskeletal conditions such as back pain, joint degeneration, and overuse syndromes.
The therapy plan includes manual treatment, exercises to improve stability, mobility, and strength, as well as patient education on ergonomics and relapse prevention.
Sports Physiotherapy
I work with both amateur and professional athletes. My work includes the treatment of sports injuries, overuse prevention, optimization of movement biomechanics, and planning a safe return to activity.
Therapy methods include manual therapy, functional training, kinesiotaping, and dry needling – an effective technique for treating trigger points and muscle tension.
Geriatric Physiotherapy
I help older adults maintain mobility, independence, and quality of life. Geriatric physiotherapy includes exercises to improve strength, balance, and coordination.
Treatment is always adapted to the patient’s abilities and needs, with special attention to comfort and a sense of safety.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage
A gentle manual technique that supports lymph flow in the body. It helps reduce edema, speeds up recovery after aesthetic procedures, and relieves the feeling of heavy legs.
Lymphatic drainage also supports detoxification processes and improves overall well-being.
Trauma and Post-Accident Physiotherapy
I provide comprehensive rehabilitation after traffic accidents, fractures, sprains, dislocations, and surgical procedures.
The goal of therapy is pain reduction, restoration of range of motion and strength, rebuilding stability, and a fast, safe return to full activity.
Headache and Migraine Therapy
Long-term muscle tension, stress, poor posture, temporomandibular joint dysfunctions, or cervical spine issues are common causes of headaches and migraines.
I help reduce symptoms through manual therapy of muscles and fascia, work on balancing the nervous system, and teaching relaxation techniques and self-therapy strategies.
Dry Needling
Dry needling is an effective technique for treating muscular tension and myofascial trigger points. By precisely inserting fine needles, hardened areas of muscle are released, blood circulation is improved, and pain is reduced. This method is particularly suitable for chronic muscle complaints, neck and back pain, as well as functional problems in the jaw area.

What Does a Physiotherapy Visit Look Like?
First Appointment – Physiotherapy Consultation
Every therapy begins with a comprehensive consultation. During the first appointment:
- A detailed assessment of your symptoms and medical history is carried out.
- A functional examination focusing on posture, range of motion, muscle tension, movement patterns, and other relevant aspects (e.g. temporomandibular joint, balance, muscle strength).
- An analysis of existing medical documents is performed (e.g. MRI scans, X-rays, doctor’s or hospital reports).
This allows for the creation of a physiotherapeutic functional diagnosis, which forms the basis for an individual and effective treatment plan.
Therapy Tailored to Your Needs
After the diagnostic phase, the individually adapted treatment begins. Depending on your needs, it may include the following elements:
- Manual techniques such as muscle relaxation, joint mobilization, or fascial work.
- Individually tailored movement exercises to promote strength, mobility, or coordination.
- Education on ergonomic behavior, self-help techniques, and health-promoting habits in everyday life.
- Prevention of pain recurrence and overuse through targeted measures.
Whether for headaches, after an injury, or following surgery – the choice of techniques and the therapy plan are specifically tailored to your condition.
Further Appointments and Therapy Plan
The number and frequency of appointments depend on your health status and the therapy goals defined together. Progress is reviewed regularly, and the treatment plan is adjusted as needed. The aim is not only to relieve symptoms, but also to treat their underlying causes and prevent recurrences.
What Should You Bring to Your First Appointment?
- Relevant medical documents, if available.
- Comfortable clothing that allows free movement.
- A list of symptoms or questions you would like to discuss.
